Jayni Fontaine is the extraordinary visionary and driving force behind Advanced Plumbing, Heating, and Air. With a remarkable ability to anticipate needs and trends, she has redefined the standards of service in the industry. Her leadership is rooted in deep empathy, reflecting her experiences of stress from unexpected repairs during her childhood. This personal connection fuels her commitment to preventing such issues for her customers and ensuring they receive exceptional care when problems arise. Jayni is incredibly grateful for her dedicated team, who share her core values and unwavering commitment to exceptional service. Jeff Rudd

Field Operations Manager

Bio

Jeff is our Field Operations Manager, bringing nearly 20 years of experience and dedication to the company. Starting his journey as a plumber, Jeff’s expertise and leadership skills quickly propelled him through the ranks, first as our Plumbing Manager and now as our Field Operations Manager. Though he is no longer in the field, Jeff’s loyal customer base continues to request him by name, a testament to the trust and respect he has earned over the years.

Having lived in Vacaville for 26 years with his wife, a frontline ER Nurse at a local hospital, and their two daughters, Jeff is well-known and deeply respected in the community. He is the person everyone leans on—whether there’s a problem to solve or advice needed, Jeff is the go-to guy. His dedication to his profession and family exemplifies his strong work ethic and leadership. His unwavering commitment and deep knowledge are the foundation for our success.

Danielle Fontaine

General Manager

Bio

Danielle Fontaine is the dedicated in-house Operations Manager at Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air, a role she has embraced with passion and expertise. After initially working with the company, Danielle took a break to pursue a doctorate in pharmacy, driven by her deep-seated desire to serve the community. Following her graduation and state board exams, she returned to the family business, where she fell in love with the trades and chose to make it her career. Under the guidance of her mentor, boss, and best friend—her mother, Jayni Fontaine—Danielle has gained invaluable leadership experience. Her keen interest in technology ensures that the business remains innovative and customer-focused, reflecting her commitment to keeping clients at the heart of everything the company does.

John "Cal" Calancini

Plumbing Manager

Bio

John “Cal” Calanchini began his journey with us in 2015 as a plumbing technician, quickly showcasing his unparalleled technical skills and dedication. His commitment and expertise led to his promotion to Plumbing Service Manager, where he continues to embody our company’s motto, “Solutions, Not Excuses!” Cal treats every customer like family, reflecting his genuine care and professionalism. With over 20 years of service in the Air Force Reserves, his leadership and work ethic are a testament to his exceptional character and dedication to our team and clients.

Enrique Garrido-Ramerez

HVAC System Design Manager

Bio

Enrique Garrido-Ramerez is the new HVAC system design manager. His goal is to educate every client on solutions to their HVAC problems. He believes there is a solution to every issue and takes pride in finding it. Enrique is convinced that with enough education on the different product types and methods of redesign, they can accomplish their goal together.

Donovan Freestone

HVAC Install Manager

Bio

Donovan is our HVAC Install Manager, a role he earned through dedication and hard work over his 20 years in the field. Starting as an install helper, Donovan’s natural problem-solving abilities quickly became apparent. Over the years, he worked his way up, mastering every aspect of HVAC installation and becoming the go-to expert in our department. Whenever we encounter a challenging HVAC issue that no one else can crack, Donovan is the one we turn to. His deep technical knowledge, extensive experience, and calm, methodical approach make him an invaluable leader and a trusted problem-solver in our team.

Michael Holmberg

HVAC Service Manager

Bio

Michael Holmberg is a seasoned HVAC professional with eight years of industry experience. After spending six years mastering the technical side of HVAC work, he transitioned into management, where he’s spent the past three years leading teams and driving performance. Michael’s dedication to excellence is reflected in the numerous awards he’s earned for both service and sales, cementing his reputation as a top performer in the field.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his four kids, who are active in baseball, gymnastics, and football. A self-described turtle enthusiast, he cares for four different species of turtles. In his downtime, he can be found cheering on the Denver Broncos, San Francisco Giants, and Golden State Warriors, showing that his passion extends beyond HVAC to both family and his favorite teams.

Amanda Schoonover

HR/Accounts Receivable

Bio

Amanda Schoonover joined our team in early 2022, initially working part-time from home to balance her role with caring for her two young children. Her exceptional organization, keen attention to detail, and strong leadership quickly earned her a promotion to office manager, transitioning to a full-time position. Since then, Amanda has taken on a variety of roles, including accounts receivable/payable, HR coordinator, and payroll specialist. Renowned as the “queen of spreadsheets,” Amanda’s versatility and can-do attitude make her the quintessential Jack-of-all-trades for our company.

Jonathan McCleese

Marketing Coordinator

Bio

Jonathan holds the position of Marketing Coordinator at Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air, where he has contributed for nearly two years. In his role, Jonathan oversees digital advertising, manages sponsorships, and enhances brand awareness. In addition to this, Jonathan is the go-to person for onboarding with new companies. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University, Sacramento. Outside of work, John is passionate about kayaking, hiking, and exploring new travel destinations.

Lindsey Coulapides

HVAC Install Coordinator

Bio

Lindsey Coulapides joined the company in early 2022 as a Customer Service Representative before advancing to her current position as Install, Inventory, and Purchasing Coordinator. She thrives on finding effective solutions and supporting her local community. Her dedication and expertise have made her a vital asset to the team.

Niblin Salazar

Dispatch Manager

Bio

Niblin Salazar joined Advanced Plumbing, Heating & Air in 2025 as the Dispatch Manager. She thrives on supporting both the front-end customer experience and the behind-the-scenes operations that keep everything running smoothly. Passionate about helping customers and finding effective solutions, Niblin takes pride in creating positive experiences and ensuring every detail is handled with care. She genuinely loves her job and values being part of such a dedicated and supportive team.
Outside of work, Niblin enjoys being a mom to 2 beautiful daughters, caring for her plants, decorating with gothic-inspired style, and celebrating all things Halloween year-round.
