Requirements
- Experience of 3+ years as a residential service plumber
- Depth of knowledge with a wide variety of plumbing materials and methods of installation
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced team environment
- Read and understand bid, architectural, structural, etc. plans and specifications as they relate to plumbing work
- Knowledge of plumbing and local codes
- Knowledge of ServiceTitan Preferred
- Must be willing to consent to a Background Check
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Performs residential and light commercial repairs
- Follows and works within OSHA safety guidelines
- Maintains good rapport with customers and performs excellent repairs to be proud of
- Utilizes field software to regularly document the scope of work, close out jobs, and collect payment
- Keeps work vehicles clean and organized
